A full programme is planned including Opening Ceremony, keynote lectures and scientific sessions.  Those who had papers or sessions accepted for the original meeting will already have been contacted by the organisers and invited to deliver their paper online.

The EAA has reimbursed people who had already paid to register for the Budapest meeting, and is offering this virtual meeting free of charge as a service for members with no charge.
