Organised as the final showcase event of the 3DBigDataSpace project in collaboration with XRculture and 3D-4CH – Online Competence Centre in 3D for Cultural Heritage, the forum will bring together leading experts to explore how 3D technologies, data space

Over the past three years, European projects have made significant progress in creating, managing, analysing, and reusing 3D cultural heritage data. This event offers a unique opportunity to discover the latest tools, technologies, and use cases developed within 3DBigDataSpace and XRculture, while also discussing the long-term future of Europe's digital cultural heritage ecosystem.

Participants will gain insights into:

  • The Common European Data Space for Cultural Heritage
  • Innovative 3D heritage technologies and workflows

  • Extended reality (XR) experiences and immersive storytelling

Programme Highlights

The day will begin with opening remarks from project representatives and the European Commission, followed by a keynote session dedicated to the future of the Common European Data Space for Cultural Heritage.

A major focus of the event will be the presentation of the 3DBigDataSpace platform and tools, including demonstrations of viewers, geolocation services, classification tools, optimisation technologies, and real-world use cases from project partners.
